Inquiry and ordering instructions:
※1.When ordering or inquiring about nitrogen cylinders, please inform us of the product part number and required pressure F1: (N Newton or kg kg) Product pressure customization
※2. When ordering or inquiring, please clearly state the requirements A. quantity B. usage environment C. usage purpose (such as for maintenance or new institution design)
Installation precautions:
※1.When the nitrogen cylinder is installed on the mechanism door panel and deployed to the highest point, it is recommended to install the nitrogen cylinder with the pipe end facing upwards and the axis end facing downwards, so that the door panel has a buffering function when deployed to the end
※2.When compressing the nitrogen cylinder, at least 5-10mm should be reserved for effective stroke operation to prevent damage caused by the impact of the axial end joint on the nitrogen cylinder body
※3.When fixing the nitrogen cylinder to the upper and lower support points, it is necessary to keep it as vertical as possible to avoid installation deviation that may affect its service life
※4. For other details, please refer to the installation precautions for nitrogen cylinders in our company's website product technical information
※5. For the bolts or sheet metal fittings that fix the two ends of the nitrogen cylinder to the mechanism or door panel, please refer to our company's website (nitrogen cylinder specific bolts and fittings) to select non stainless steel part numbers. For special requirements, please contact our business personnel
STABILUS INOXLINE - Stainless steel SUS316 nitrogen cylinder, which has support and thrust functions, but does not have positioning function. Internally filled with nitrogen gas at an appropriate pressure, the pressure rod generates a reaction force during compression. This reaction force can be used to support or counteract the heavy load on the pressure rod, and the damping effect is generated by the internal oil volume and piston hole size of the cylinder body, which promotes the smooth movement of the pressure rod (nitrogen cylinder) during the extension or compression process. It is generally recommended to install the air pressure rod (nitrogen cylinder) with the axis facing downwards, which can provide a buffering effect when the nitrogen cylinder is extended to the end and protect the designed mechanism. Therefore, the STABILUS INOXLINE stainless steel nitrogen cylinder is widely used in the yacht industry, rust proof or humid places, especially in the yacht industry, shipbuilding industry, medical biotechnology equipment and outdoor buildings. The material of the STABILUS free stainless steel air pressure rod (nitrogen cylinder) is SUS316L grade and has passed the American ASTM-B117&ISO 9227 salt spray test
