Installation precautions:

1.When the nitrogen cylinder is installed on the mechanism door panel and deployed to the highest point, it is recommended to install the nitrogen cylinder with the pipe end facing upwards and the axis end facing downwards, so that the door panel has a buffering function when deployed to the end

2.When compressing the nitrogen cylinder, at least 5-10mm should be reserved for effective stroke operation to prevent damage caused by the impact of the axial end joint on the nitrogen cylinder body

3.When fixing the nitrogen cylinder to the upper and lower support points, it is necessary to keep it as vertical as possible to avoid installation deviation that may affect its service life

STABILUS LIFT-O-MAT PTL is a hydraulic damping nitrogen cylinder with an additional mechanical lock in the compressed position. The principle is similar to that of a ballpoint pen. By gently pushing the nitrogen cylinder, the lock can be released, and the nitrogen cylinder will automatically expand with damping.
