Installation precautions:
1.When the nitrogen cylinder is installed on the mechanism door panel and deployed to the highest point, it is recommended to install the nitrogen cylinder with the pipe end facing upwards and the axis end facing downwards
2.When compressing the nitrogen cylinder, at least 5-10mm should be reserved for effective stroke operation to prevent damage caused by the impact of the axial end joint on the nitrogen cylinder body
3.When fixing the nitrogen cylinder to the upper and lower support points, it is necessary to keep it as vertical as possible to avoid installation deviation that may affect its service life

The STABILUS free type - Dynamic Gas Spring cylinder has support and thrust functions, but does not have positioning function. It is filled with nitrogen gas of appropriate pressure inside, so that the pressure rod generates a reaction force when compressed. This reaction force can be used to support or offset the heavy load on the pressure rod. It also uses the internal oil volume of the cylinder body, the size of the piston hole, and the "special oil groove design" inside the pipe to produce bidirectional full range dynamic damping effect. At the end of the fully extended pressure rod, there will be a deceleration function to ensure the safety of the operator. This product is widely used in the global automotive industry.
This product is produced in cooperation between Husheng and German STABILUS technology, and is currently the only certified product in the Taiwanese industry that can be supplied to industrial and vehicle manufacturers for use.
