The automotive air pressure rods and related accessories of Husheng Enterprise and Germany's STABILUS have achieved the global automotive quality management system standard IATF16949:2016 certification. The global market share of Germany's STABILUS automotive air springs is as high as 80%, and they have been widely recognized and used by global car manufacturers for decades. Husheng Enterprise has nearly 40 years of professional experience in producing air pressure rods and related components. Over the years, it has won high praise from global customers for its leading technology and reliable quality. This honor can be attributed to Husheng's innovative design capabilities and strict quality control. In order to ensure that the air pressure rods produced and sold meet the satisfaction of every global customer, in 2015, the company cooperated with the world's largest nitrogen cylinder manufacturer, Germany's STABILUS, to obtain the latest industrial technology and develop new products that meet the needs of the industry through mutual interaction and communication. These products are supplied to global customers including finance, communication systems, automation equipment, yacht industry, vehicle industry, etc. Stabilus Germany has 11 production bases worldwide, with automated production and computer systems recording the stability of each air pressure rod. In addition, engineering personnel use computer-assisted software to ensure that the quality of each production base is completely consistent. In 2018, a free type dynamic damping nitrogen cylinder was introduced, which is easy to install and has no directional restrictions. The nitrogen cylinder utilizes a special oil groove design inside the pipe to generate bidirectional full stroke dynamic damping and effectively improve buffering to ensure the safety of operators. This product is produced in cooperation between Husheng and German STABILUS technology, and is currently the only certified product in the Taiwanese industry that can be supplied to industrial and vehicle manufacturers for use. Husheng Enterprise officially opened its new factory in Longtan, Taoyuan in March 2019. The factory uses production and inspection equipment in cooperation with Germany's STABILUS, which can effectively improve the production quality and efficiency of air pressure rods and ensure that product quality meets international standards.
