Installation precautions:
1.When the nitrogen cylinder is installed on the mechanism door panel and deployed to the highest point, it is recommended to install the nitrogen cylinder with the pipe end facing upwards and the axis end facing downwards, so that the door panel has a buffering function when deployed to the end
2.When compressing the nitrogen cylinder, at least 5-10mm should be reserved for effective stroke operation to prevent damage caused by the impact of the axial end joint on the nitrogen cylinder body
3.When fixing the nitrogen cylinder to the upper and lower support points, it is necessary to keep it as vertical as possible to avoid installation deviation that may affect its service life

STABILUS LIFT-O-MAT free type pressure rod, nitrogen cylinder has support and thrust functions, but does not have positioning function. Internally filled with nitrogen gas at an appropriate pressure, the pressure rod generates a reaction force during compression. This reaction force can be used to support or counteract the heavy load on the pressure rod, and the damping effect is generated by the internal oil volume and piston hole size of the cylinder body, which promotes the smooth movement of the pressure rod (nitrogen cylinder) during the extension or compression process.
